Tech Environment
This role is intentionally versatile, covering various frameworks and specialties. You will likely engage with Python-based services and APIs, relational databases, data warehouses, real-time databases, SQL, event-driven or distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools. Depending on the project, you may also work with AI APIs, LLM-based workflows, retrieval patterns, and automation tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with internal platforms, operational tools, or product-centric backend systems.
- Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Tinybird, Redis, and SQL-heavy applications.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures or messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar infrastructure patterns.
- Understanding of observability and monitoring tools.
- Exposure to AI-driven product development, LLM integrations, RAG patterns, or workflow automation.
- Experience in pioneering initiatives or navigating undefined problem spaces.
- Proven leadership through ownership of challenging projects with significant impact.
