Qualifications
The impact you will have:

What we seek:
6+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in Product Management, encompassing inbound, outbound, and cross-functional processes.
Technical proficiency.
Robust understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
Exceptional data analysis and operationalization capabilities (SQL, rollups, and building operational dashboards).

As the Staff Product Manager for the Databricks Runtime team based in Amsterdam, you will play a pivotal role at the crossroads of query processing, storage, infrastructure, and data governance—integral elements of the Databricks data intelligence platform. In this capacity, you will cultivate a thorough understanding of modern cloud infrastructure, data governance solutions, and open-source components while actively gathering requirements from customers. You will spearhead the launch of features that transform how customers handle petabytes of data daily, streamlining their ability to extract value from their data.
This role encompasses the full spectrum of product management, from conceptualization to execution. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, craft long-term product strategies, define product roadmaps, collaborate with engineering to bring those products to life, and liaise with various internal stakeholders (both pre- and post-launch) to guarantee product success.
