About the Role
As our Staff Product Marketer, you will be instrumental in defining Giga's market presence. From crafting our positioning and messaging to enabling our sales team and executing go-to-market strategies, you will connect product, demand generation, and sales. Your role will involve translating highly technical product features into compelling narratives that resonate with our enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
Define and own Giga's positioning, messaging framework, and value proposition, articulating our competitive advantages clearly and distinctively.
Transform complex technical product capabilities into business-focused narratives, making it straightforward for potential clients to understand Giga's value.
Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and feature enhancements, ensuring synchronization across product, sales, and marketing teams.
Create and maintain essential sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and objection-handling guides, ensuring consistent storytelling across all sales representatives.
Conduct ongoing training sessions with the sales team to refine their ability to communicate Giga's technical differentiation effectively.
Manage competitive intelligence efforts, monitoring competitor positioning and providing real-time insights to the go-to-market team.
Facilitate customer and prospect interviews to gather insights, which will inform our messaging, content, and product strategies.
Develop category-level content, such as thought leadership pieces, case studies, and webinars, to enhance Giga's brand and influence market perceptions of AI-driven customer experience.
