Qualifications
Significant experience in the design and management of large-scale, cloud-native infrastructures (AWS preferred).Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), including the development of reusable modules and platform-level components.Thorough understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration for data platforms and distributed systems.Familiarity with CI/CD systems, pipeline design, automation, and secure deployment methodologies.Strong skills in systems design, networking, distributed systems, and reliability engineering principles (SLOs, error budgets, incident response).Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and various data storage patterns.Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK, Datadog, or similar).Skilled in automation techniques using Bash, Python, or Ansible-like tools.Competent in software engineering practices including version control, testing, code reviews, and agile methodologies.
