About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Benefits Advisory team, you will spearhead significant architectural advancements in Gusto's benefits platform as we transition towards becoming an AI-driven organization. This full-stack role involves designing and building platform capabilities that empower customers to explore, apply for, and manage their benefits seamlessly.
Your focus will be on enhancing our benefits opportunity, shopping, and renewal processes, establishing clear system boundaries that facilitate efficient reuse and scalability, and enabling a broader range of products to be offered more swiftly. You will create services that not only scale the organization but also provide innovative AI-driven interfaces for an exceptional benefits shopping experience.
