Position Overview
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will spearhead a dynamic team, guiding them through the design, planning, and implementation phases of our Software Development Lifecycle. Your role will involve driving software architecture and design, engaging in hands-on development, and providing mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers. A commitment to our quality, security, and architectural standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Facilitate efficient team operations, including standups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
Conduct peer reviews to ensure adherence to development processes and standards.
Engage in hiring processes and provide performance evaluations and coaching for team members.
Software Design & Architecture:
Create comprehensive architectural diagrams, documentation, and implementation strategies.
Adhere to company architectural guidelines and industry best practices while developing software, whether as SaaS or on-premises.
Software Development:
Demonstrate proficiency in writing code across the entire stack: front-end, backend, and database.
Develop meaningful automated tests including Unit Tests, integration tests, and functional automation (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, etc.).
