Responsibilities:Oversee and implement new configuration introductions into Satellite Integration production.Evaluate non-conforming hardware and drive solutions and preventive measures.Propose and execute enhancements to design, processes, safety protocols, and floor layouts to optimize yield, performance, and cost-effectiveness.Establish standard practices, troubleshooting guides, and repair procedures.Develop and deliver training to production technicians regarding new or updated processes.Conduct process development and validation on new designs within aggressive timelines.Design and create assembly fixtures and shop aides to streamline the manufacturing process.Support the creation of equipment maintenance and calibration schedules.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.A minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting non-conforming hardware and implementing corrective actions.Preferred Skills and Experience:Associate or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related science field.Ability to read and interpret detailed schematics, drawings, and instructions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Adaptability to changing work assignments and a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and effective teamwork abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and efficiency in work tasks.
