Your Role
The Station Manager for NL/BE, within the Operations team, plays a crucial role in shaping the customer experience at Fastned. This position is central to ensuring safe operations, impeccable presentation, optimal functionality, and full compliance with operational obligations at Fastned charging stations within the designated geographical area. The role embodies our unwavering commitment to quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence. The Station Manager reports to the local Senior Operations Manager and acts as their right hand in all matters.
Your work area encompasses all of our 230+ stations in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will be based in Belgium, where we have offices in Ghent and Brussels, with regular visits to our office in Amsterdam.
What You Will Do
Operational Compliance & Performance
Contract Compliance: Monitor adherence to contractual agreements, local regulations, and Fastned's stringent internal operational guidelines. Ensure all station activities and facilities strictly comply. Proactively coordinate during major tender openings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee operational compliance from day one.
Operational Performance & Customer Experience: Ensure regular checks and take action on issues with station equipment, cleanliness, appearance, and seasonal readiness. Monitor waiting times and identify opportunities for expansion or upgrades based on performance insights. Act proactively on any identified points that can enhance the customer experience.
Performance Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outsourced activities, reported issues, and their resolution status. Consistently...
