Opportunity Overview:
Each project presents unique challenges, and contributors may be tasked with:
- Creating rigorous statistical problems that mirror professional practice;
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, assumptions, and limitations;
- Validating calculations or simulations utilizing Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Statsmodels, and Scikit-learn;
- Enhancing AI reasoning to conform to industry-standard logic;
- Implementing structured scoring criteria to multi-step problems.
Candidate Profile:
This role is ideal for statisticians experienced in Python and looking for part-time, non-permanent projects. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Statistics or a related field, such as Probability Theory, Mathematical Statistics, or Applied Statistics;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mathematics;
- Excellent command of written English (C1/C2 level);
- Proficiency in Python for numerical validation;
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PStat, CAP, SAS Certifications) and experience in international or applied projects are advantageous.

Project Commitment:
For this project, tasks are expected to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, depending on project specifications. This is an estimate and does not guarantee a fixed workload.
Compensation:
- Compensated contributions, with rates up to $73/hour*
- Fixed project rates or individual rates based on the specific project
- Some projects may include incentive payments.
*Note: Compensation rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project requirements, and additional factors. Higher rates may be offered to highly specialized professionals. Reduced rates could apply during onboarding or non-essential project phases. Payment specifics will be communicated per project.
