Overview of the Role
Each project entails distinct tasks, and contributors may be required to:
- Create complex statistical problems that reflect real-world applications;
- Assess AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and limitations;
- Utilize Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Statsmodels, and Scikit-learn) to validate calculations or simulations;
- Enhance AI reasoning to ensure adherence to industry-standard logic;
- Implement structured evaluation criteria for multi-step problems.
Desired Qualifications
This opportunity is suitable for statisticians with Python experience who are open to non-permanent, part-time projects. Ideally, candidates will possess:
- A degree in Statistics or a related field, such as Probability Theory, Mathematical Statistics, or Applied Statistics;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in mathematics;
- Proficient written English skills (C1/C2 level);
- Strong proficiency in Python for numerical validation;
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PStat, CAP, SAS Certifications) and experience in global or applied projects are advantageous.

Project Time Commitment
For this project, tasks are projected to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on specific project needs. Please note that this is an estimate and does not guarantee workload.
Compensation
- Paid contributions with rates up to $21/hour*
- Fixed project rates or individual rates depending on the project
- Some projects may offer incentive payments
