Key Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver parts to commercial customers as required.
- Pick and prepare parts for customer orders.
- Manage returns and cores efficiently.
- Distribute weekly and monthly sales flyers.
- Conduct daily collections from credit accounts.
Secondary Duties:
- Maintain store cleanliness, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
- Assist with general stocking, including truck unloading and back stock management.
Success Factors:
- Basic driving and navigation skills.
- Ability to effectively use delivery board systems.
- Friendly communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in locating and stocking parts.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.
- Experience with inventory systems and store equipment.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication abilities to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and transactions.
- Availability to work varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in automotive parts is beneficial.
Licensing Requirements:
A valid driver's license and fleet safety certification are required.
