Conduct thorough checks and maintain an accurate count of all items received from the courier service.
Ensure the accuracy of quantities supplied according to the waybill.
Issue store items to various branches associated with the regional stores.
Assist branch administrative officers in loading items based on their requisition forms.
Organize and arrange items within the store, ensuring that racks are filled according to labeling.
Engage in day-to-day operations of the regional store.
Maintain detailed records to control inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
Prepare and send weekly reports on items collected by branches and overall stock levels.
