As a Store Leader (Click & Collect), you will oversee and make strategic decisions for your store, including planning, market analysis, product selection, recruitment, coaching, and development of your team. You will also be tasked with revenue forecasting, cost planning, and ensuring profitability. In essence, you will operate your store with full autonomy.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
