Your Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of a bustling store in Berlin, managing a team of over 30 employees.
Ensure optimal workflow by monitoring and controlling store productivity and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery times and picking accuracy.
Oversee weekly staffing schedules and implement effective personnel and resource planning.
Take charge of recruiting, training, and developing your store team (shift leaders, operations associates, and riders) to achieve outstanding performance and employee satisfaction.
Uphold company policies alongside health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Manage the entire inventory operations and associated processes.
Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach through active participation in daily operations.
