Key Responsibilities:
Regularly monitor and analyze your Store’s Sales and Profit KPIs, taking decisive actions to maximize results.
Continuously ensure that your Store meets H&M execution standards, utilizing the Customer Audit Tool for oversight.
Oversee the recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for your Store's team.
Evaluate and enhance the performance of your Store Team through regular performance reviews, development plans, constructive feedback, and follow-up actions to boost team effectiveness.
Implement Store Operations Best Practices in alignment with the Area plan.
