Currently, we are looking for a dedicated Store Manager (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time (30h / 35h / 40h) for our store in Erlangen.

Your Mission:
You inspire and motivate your 4-5 member team as the store manager, for example through sales coaching.
You create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.
You design the store with your creative touch and ensure perfect product presentation to showcase our products optimally.
You develop sales-promoting measures for your location.
You manage the schedules and ensure smooth operations and the development of the store.
You report business activities to the regional management.
What You Should Bring:
You have completed vocational training in retail or have gained initial experience in this area.
Your open, communicative, and friendly personality allows you to establish excellent contact with customers and colleagues.
You are a sales talent and inspire your customers with your product knowledge and warm demeanor.
