A Day in the Life of a Wibra Store Manager:
You’ll start your day with a cup of coffee while reviewing the day's plans with your team. Working with a small group, you’ll quickly jump into action, ensuring new stock is organized and displayed attractively. You'll lead by example, maintaining a well-organized store even during peak hours. In addition to operational tasks, you will handle administrative responsibilities, mentor your colleagues, and engage in team development, including conducting interviews and liaising with the regional manager.
