To expand our family, we are looking for a Store Manager!
Your Role with Us
As a Store Manager, you are pivotal to Extra Shop's success: you will be a team leader, an organizer of store operations, a champion of customer experience, and a true coach for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations: task planning, opening/closing procedures, delivery tracking, and layout implementation.
Energetically coach your team: motivate, train, evaluate, and support each employee’s growth.
Ensure the store's safety and smooth operations daily.
Actively engage in operational tasks: cash handling, restocking, ordering, and implementing promotional actions.
Maintain impeccable customer service, embodying our values and methods (SBRAM, the 4C's).
Ensure the store is presented flawlessly: stocked, clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
Monitor performance indicators and implement actionable strategies to achieve goals.
Recruit student staff for your store.
Integrate and support new team members with assistance from HR.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
