We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the New York store located in Soho.
Our retail spaces embody our mission, purpose, and values, serving as a platform where our brand truly flourishes. The ideal candidate will act as the ultimate brand ambassador for Wolf & Badger, enhancing brand awareness, boosting sales, and nurturing relationships with customers and designers.
Please note that this role requires working in a retail environment, which includes weekend and holiday shifts. The position reports directly to the NY Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Education, Sales, Styling & Merchandising
- Enlighten new customers about the Wolf & Badger concept and the unique selling points of our community of brands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our top customers, building a robust book of business.
- Provide expert styling advice and encourage multi-item purchases.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Participate in the visual merchandising of store displays.
- Team Management
- Supervise sales associates and assess performance.
- Delegate and ensure completion of daily responsibilities and tasks.
- Train new retail staff, fostering improvements and motivating employees to meet their targets.
- Operations
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain an organized stockroom.
- Generate sales reports and other relevant documentation.
- Assume responsibility for the store during shifts, coordinating staff breaks and lunches.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols.
- Ensure the store maintains a pristine and welcoming environment at all times.
- Collaborate with online customer service to align in-store stock with online customer requests.
- Handle various additional administrative tasks as they arise in our high-growth company.
- Engage in other ad hoc projects as required.
