About the Role
In the capacity of Strategic Account Executive, you will be instrumental in broadening Miro’s reach by securing new clients and promoting growth within our strategic partnerships. This position is tailored for sales professionals who excel in a fast-paced, consultative selling environment and are passionate about enabling dynamic companies to harness their potential with Miro. You will be tasked with overseeing the entire sales cycle and will take charge of developing and progressing your sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Account Planning: Identify, prioritize, and cultivate a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. Develop and implement long-term account strategies to drive sustainable growth, expansion, and executive engagement throughout your territory.
- Executive Engagement: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers. Serve as a strategic advisor by aligning Miro’s platform with clients’ business transformation goals and enterprise initiatives.
- Complex Deal Management: Lead large, multifaceted opportunities from discovery to closure, overseeing lengthy and intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and governance criteria.
- Enterprise Value Selling: Fully understand organizational challenges, workflows, and strategic goals. Clearly communicate Miro’s enterprise value proposition, showcasing measurable business outcomes, ROI, and scalable use cases across various functions.
- Account Expansion & Growth: Recognize and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, driving cross-selling, upselling, and widespread adoption to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a virtual account team inclusive of Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Partners to deliver cohesive account strategies and ensure enduring customer success and retention.
- Territory & Business Ownership: Own and expand a defined strategic territory while driving overall business growth.
