About the Role
The Strategic Accounts team is focused on franchise and multi-site logistics brands. In this role, you will manage a select portfolio of Logistics accounts, transforming initial traction and regional successes into comprehensive brand-wide implementations.
Your success will hinge on your ability to understand the operational dynamics of logistics organizations and forge partnerships that align with each brand's unique objectives. This position offers substantial growth potential and a sense of ownership—you will define account strategies, cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and represent Connecteam at industry events and client meetings.
You will oversee deals from initial outreach, collaborating with a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR), through discovery and negotiations, to expansion across multiple locations and use cases. Our winning strategy revolves around the land-and-expand approach.
