Strategic Account Team
Join our team of highly skilled sales professionals targeting Okta's largest clients. This segment represents one of the most substantial growth opportunities for Okta. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will maintain rigorous activity standards, including daily prospecting, pipeline development, prospect qualification, and achieving monthly sales revenue goals.
The Strategic Account Executive Role
The ideal candidate is a driven, self-motivated Account Executive with a passion for security and a commitment to safeguarding against major identity threats.
As a Strategic Account Executive at Okta, your focus will be on delivering value to C-Suite decision-makers, empowering them to create the most secure environments for their workforce. You will actively drive growth in your territory by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing Okta customers. Your efforts will be directed toward both acquiring new logos and fostering relationships to enhance existing Auth0 customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop a vision and strategy for long-term net new logo pipeline generation.
- Consistently meet revenue targets to ensure year-over-year growth in your territory.
- Formulate and execute account strategies to create pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and achieve reliable bookings.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key leaders in prospective accounts.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements to consistently exceed revenue quotas.
- Leverage Okta partners to uncover and access new, unexplored opportunities.
- Foster beneficial partnerships within the Okta ecosystem (cross-sell, upsell, etc.).
