itD is on the lookout for a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and elevate consultant engagement within the technology and social media industries. The successful candidate will possess a robust track record in client relationship management, talent delivery, and account expansion, showcasing an ability to cultivate trust, exert influence, and achieve quantifiable outcomes in multifaceted engagements.
This long-term W2 role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in Austin, TX. While the position allows for flexible remote work, occasional onsite attendance will be necessary for client meetings and consultant events.

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $125,000, depending on experience and location, in addition to commission opportunities, and inclusive of full benefits such as medical, 401k, and paid holidays.
Responsibilities:
Ambassador and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary contact for consultants and client partners.
- Foster trust through responsiveness, consistency, and transparency.
- Support consultant performance, satisfaction, and retention during the engagement.
- Identify risks early and navigate complex situations with professionalism.
- Represent itD as a partner who comprehends the intricacies of each relationship.
Consultant Lifecycle Oversight
- Guide consultants through the entire engagement lifecycle, from onboarding to closeout.
- Coordinate internal and client-specific actions to ensure a seamless and supported experience.
- Clarify expectations, address blockers, and ensure consultants feel valued and supported.
Interviewing and Hiring Support
- Engage in interviews for key roles linked to your assigned clients.
- Provide insights into client culture, expectations, and program structure during candidate evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with your Business Developer and recruiting partners to ensure candidate quality and fit.
- Assist in calibrating hiring needs, support offer preparation, and ensure smooth transitions into onboarding.
