Your Responsibilities
As a Strategic Account Manager at Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client success through exceptional service and a strong emphasis on fostering long-term relationships. You will provide premium support to our elite clients, proactively assisting them in maximizing the value of our offerings. Your primary objectives will include minimizing churn, driving renewals, and expanding our reach within accounts. This strategic position combines data analysis, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver unparalleled customer experiences.
Your Impact Areas
- Lead strategic account planning leveraging robust project management skills.
- Oversee account renewals, upselling initiatives, and contract renegotiations.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Health Checks.
- Facilitate regular training sessions and webinars for clients.
- Communicate new features and functionalities to all accounts.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to reduce churn and foster growth.
- Engage with internal teams to resolve client issues and support product adoption.
- Identify expansion opportunities and maximize share of wallet across accounts.
- Maintain precise CRM records within Salesforce.
- Provide insights on competitive market dynamics and partnership activities.
- Utilize AI-driven insights and automation within CRM, conversation intelligence, and commercial data to enhance forecast accuracy, improve pipeline quality, ensure more effective account execution, and continuously optimize sales processes in collaboration with Sales Operations.
