The Role You'll Play
As part of our Strategic Accounts team at Mindbody, you will play a pivotal role in developing the tools that enable wellness businesses to grow. You will be responsible for the strategic vision and daily execution for a portfolio of enterprise partners, collaborating closely with brand leadership to formulate growth plans, eliminate obstacles, and enhance outcomes across their operations. As the general manager for your portfolio, you will combine relationship management with operational insight and data-driven decision-making. You will report to the Manager of Strategic Accounts within our Enterprise organization.
- Lead executive-level conversations centered around growth, performance, and profitability.
- Introduce and implement new Mindbody product opportunities to strengthen partnerships and unlock additional revenue streams.
- Assess partner needs, prioritize opportunities based on business impact, and collaboratively create solutions that yield measurable results.
- Act as the primary liaison for your portfolio, overseeing issue resolution and ensuring partner satisfaction from start to finish.
- Establish trusted relationships with partner leaders across C-suite, strategic, marketing, and operational divisions.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to synchronize on performance, insights, and future plans.
- Initiate operational enhancements that elevate the partner experience on the Mindbody platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Pricing to eliminate roadblocks and deliver a premier experience.
