Role Overview:
We are seeking a top-tier Strategic Account Manager to take charge of some of America's largest and most intricate major metropolitan markets. This is not your conventional public safety sales role. You will be promoting the RapidSOS UNITE platform, an enterprise-grade, AI-driven ecosystem that integrates call handling, real-time device data, translation, and analytics into a cohesive operational environment. You will navigate the complexities of multi-million-person cities, dealing with intricate political landscapes, legacy systems, budget challenges, and a demand for impeccable execution. Your role will involve leading multifaceted deals, influencing policy-level decision-makers, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and spearheading modernization initiatives for vital public safety agencies globally. This is a hunter role, focused on expanding our footprint, replacing outdated systems, and promoting widespread adoption of the RapidSOS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and Close Enterprise Platform Deals: Manage the complete sales cycle for the RapidSOS UNITE platform within major city agencies (Named Accounts), overseeing multi-year, multi-department, high-visibility engagements.
- Sell Transformational Solutions: Drive the sale of AI-powered solutions at the intersection of call management, data analytics, and emergency response.
