As a Strategic Account Manager at Radius Limited, you will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing robust, long-lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients. As a trusted advisor and their primary point of contact, you will guide customers throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer growth by facilitating onboarding, delivering comprehensive training, and advocating for the adoption of best practices to enhance business value and maximize ROI.
- Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives, helping customers fully leverage the Radius Telematics suite of products and services while establishing enduring contractual partnerships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all queries and issues are addressed promptly, and guiding them to appropriate support channels as necessary to uphold trust and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Assist in creating customer references, compelling case studies, testimonials, and referrals from your dedicated customer base.
- Act as a customer champion by collecting feedback, identifying customer needs and market trends, and relaying valuable insights back to internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to manage escalations and guarantee timely resolutions to critical customer challenges.
- Work alongside the sales team to engage prospects and promote new products, features, and improvements.
