We invite a dynamic and driven Senior Account Manager to become part of our Q-Commerce team, focusing on elevating the growth of our partners.
THE JOURNEY
- Manage strategic partner relationships comprehensively, including P&L oversight, executing product integrations, spearheading co-marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new partners onto our platform, equipping them with essential tools and information for a successful partnership.
- Monitor and analyze our partners' business performance, evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure month-over-month growth. Regularly track and report performance metrics.
- Lead contract renegotiations to establish robust partnerships built on sustainable economic foundations.
- Gather feedback from partners and translate insights into enhancements for products, marketing, and operations.
- Oversee partner assortment through effective category management.
- Collaborate with the sales team leader to close grocery deals.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for grocery partners to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
