The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Strategic Accounts Onboarding Manager to spearhead the onboarding process for our most critical accounts. In this pivotal role, you will not only deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our high-value enterprise clients—including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), broker-dealers, and private wealth firms—but also play a crucial role in shaping the frameworks, training materials, and playbooks that will enhance our onboarding capabilities as we scale. This unique position requires you to be both a hands-on practitioner and a visionary builder, ensuring a consistent and high-quality onboarding process across the organization.
A deep understanding of the wealth management industry is essential, as our strategic clients span various channels including RIA, BD, and private wealth. You will engage in meaningful conversations with clients, bringing genuine expertise to the table that extends beyond a basic product narrative.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding process for strategic accounts, ensuring a personalized and high-touch experience.
Develop and implement training materials, frameworks, and playbooks for onboarding specialists to ensure consistency and scalability.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership in enhancing the onboarding function.
