About the Role
As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will engage with top-tier AI model creators who are making headlines daily, ensuring they derive exceptional value from our human data offerings. You will serve as a trusted advisor, facilitating adoption, consumption, development, and value realization for AI research, program management, and business stakeholders. Your responsibility will encompass the entire success lifecycle, guiding customers from onboarding through to maturity, expansion, renewal, and advocacy, while collaborating closely with Prolific’s Services, Support, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years in a customer-facing strategic or enterprise customer success role, ideally in an environment where increased consumption directly translates to value.
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and success through strategic initiatives and impactful engagement.
