About the Role
We are in search of a strategic and commercially astute Deal Desk Manager to bolster our expanding revenue organization. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps teams to structure intricate deals, enhance pricing strategies and approval workflows, and guarantee scalable, compliant commercial processes. Your contributions will be essential in empowering the sales team and advancing operational excellence throughout the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
Your mission in helping us protect honest people online includes:
- Serving as the primary contact and subject matter expert for Quote/Order Form creation, contract specifications, pricing, operational procedures, approval policies, commercial terms, and resolving deal-related issues or sales escalations within your region.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including GTM, Finance, Legal, and Product, to review and address concerns related to non-standard deal structures.
- Monitoring deals from quote initiation to opportunity closure within Salesforce to ensure data integrity, including processes for ongoing data verification.
- Providing prompt and efficient support to GTM team members as they strive to acquire new customers or retain existing ones.
- Conducting multiple data quality checks to ensure the CRM maintains the highest level of data integrity.
- Supporting the team by undertaking special projects, including data cleansing, process enhancements, delivering training, and improving user adoption.
You are an ideal candidate for Veriff if you possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Deal Desk Manager or in a similar role within a Go To Market function in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A keen attention to detail and a diligent work ethic.
- The ability to maintain a broad perspective and vision.
- A solid understanding of the sales process and sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
- Knowledge of contract management and order processing.
You're particularly well-suited for this role if you have:
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with process automation and tooling.
- Trilingual capabilities in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
