Join our dynamic team at Paralucent as a Delivery Manager (Full-Time / FTE), where you will spearhead the delivery of strategic initiatives for a key enterprise client in the consulting industry. This pivotal role calls for adept leadership in managing a distributed team and enforcing a robust governance framework, ensuring seamless execution and superior outcomes.
Primarily based in Hyderabad, this position requires occasional on-site client visits as necessary. You will coordinate efforts aligned to a Client Tier 2 Support (i.e., bug/patch fixes) schedule, which spans from 12 PM to 9 PM IST, so flexibility to work late hours is essential.
Your Role Includes:
- Delivery Leadership & Governance:
- Establish and maintain delivery governance standards and operational rhythms to achieve consistent execution.
- Oversee delivery plans, milestones, and communications among stakeholders and internal teams.
- Effectively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, escalating when necessary.
- KPI / Performance Management & Reporting:
- Monitor and enhance delivery performance through structured reporting and data-driven updates.
- Ensure timely communication of delivery status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and client stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between senior client stakeholders and the delivery team, fostering clarity and alignment.
- Manage client expectations while facilitating discussions to maintain an outcome-focused engagement.
- Team Leadership:
- Guide and mentor team members to promote collaboration and professional growth.
