Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics
- Gain insight into our product range, the logistics of vendor-to-customer processes, and the various levels of sales support.
Phase 2 - Operations
- Engage with customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing strategies, credit management, and financial reporting.
Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management
- Transition from addressing customer inquiries to managing significant projects effectively.
Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management
- Learn to identify new business prospects, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and cultivate relationships with customers and vendors.
Phase 5 - Career Development
- Utilize your training experiences to chart your ideal career path within the company.
