Program Overview:
Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics
- Familiarize yourself with our product offerings, understand the supply chain from vendor to customer, and grasp the fundamentals of sales support.
Phase 2 - Operations
- Engage in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing strategies, credit management, and financial analysis.
Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management
- Transition from assisting customers with product inquiries to managing large-scale projects effectively.
Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management
- Learn to identify new business opportunities, effectively sell our products, negotiate contracts, and cultivate strong relationships with customers and vendors.
