What We’re Looking For
We seek a seasoned Strategic Engagement Lead who excels in a fast-paced environment. The Strategic Engagement team is the driving force behind Datavant Life Sciences, responsible for delivering impactful, measurable results for our clients by aligning our offerings with their strategic goals—maximizing value, accelerating patient and business outcomes, and nurturing long-term, expansive relationships. We need a relationship management expert who can lead our customers to success.
This role encompasses responsibilities for commercial outcomes, including value realization, customer satisfaction, renewals, and post-sale activities such as delivery, adoption, advocacy, and retention.
