Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:Over 5 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise Customers.Demonstrated success in new logo hunting with a robust performance record.Experience in the Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries, ideally with some technical sales expertise.A history of selling complex software solutions and exceeding sales quotas.Familiarity with consumption-based land and expand sales models is advantageous.Knowledge of the Data & AI landscape with a technology sales background.Proven ability to generate demand that translates into significant business value.Experience applying robust sales methodologies and processes like account planning, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling, along with accurate forecasting.Skills in building effective champions, fostering collaborative teams, and establishing partnerships to support your territory plan execution.Understanding of how to identify key use cases and buying centers within an organization to enhance Databricks' impact.Fluency in French and business-level English is required.

In this position, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales within the Hunting Team, you will play a key role in driving strategic growth and enhancing our presence across critical accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing a robust customer base by identifying and securing new logo opportunities.
- Guiding customers and partners in discovering impactful big data and AI use cases, demonstrating their value with the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
- Spotting land opportunities and creating expand/consumption use cases.
- Collaborating with internal teams to maximize your ecosystem's impact.
- Delivering exceptional value in all interactions to facilitate successful negotiations and closing deals.
