The Role:
We are currently seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic People Team. This pivotal role will be integrated within the GTM organization, acting as a key business partner to our revenue-generating teams. In this high-visibility role, you will take ownership and drive initiatives that enable success across the GTM organization, ensuring sustainable growth through effective people strategies. Collaborating closely with sales and Customer Success leadership, as well as the founding team, you will help shape the people strategy that supports our ambitious growth objectives.
