- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees regarding HR-related concerns.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management issues.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and programs comply with local laws and regulations.
