ROLE
We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive our business growth by spearheading comprehensive marketing strategies from concept to execution. You will translate our value proposition into engaging, data-driven programs that enhance awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase revenue, all while expanding our influence among mission-driven organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement comprehensive growth marketing campaigns aimed at boosting awareness, engagement, and adoption among nonprofit and educational partners.
Convert organizational objectives into data-driven growth strategies that extend outreach, build trust, and facilitate sustainable partner acquisition at scale.
Plan and execute multi-channel initiatives encompassing content, email, social media, partnerships, and paid advertising to inform, nurture, and engage mission-aligned audiences.
Develop concise and persuasive messaging that clarifies complex fundraising and workplace giving concepts for a diverse range of stakeholders, enhancing clarity and conversion rates.
Work closely with Sales and Client Success teams to synchronize marketing efforts with organizational goals and client needs.
