We are on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Partner Account Manager (PAM) to propel our business growth with National System Integrator (SI) and Resale Partners across Japan.
In collaboration with a Partner Technical Manager (PTM), you will play a pivotal role in establishing Pure Storage as the most innovative and reliable partner within our channel ecosystem. Your efforts will involve working cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, Channel, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Growth Development: Formulate and implement sustainable business growth strategies with our National SI/Resale partners in Japan, including:
- Evaluating market opportunities in line with partner strategy, industry trends, and Pure's overarching objectives.
- Creating actionable, measurable initiatives and persistently driving them to fruition.
- Mindshare and Enablement Leadership: Cultivate trust and engagement with partner sales and technical teams by effectively demonstrating how Pure Storage’s solutions foster their business growth.
- Executive Relationship Management: Build and enhance executive sponsorship within partner organizations to expedite collaboration, positioning yourself as the primary relationship owner for Pure Storage.
- Partner Engagement Optimization: Attain a comprehensive understanding of both internal and external processes, continuously identifying opportunities to streamline collaboration between partners and Pure Storage.
