With over 10 years of engineering and procurement experience, you will be instrumental in guiding the procurement lifecycle for major projects, from strategic planning to contract closeout. In this pivotal role, you will advise internal stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring the procurement of supplies, equipment, services, and construction materials is efficient, compliant, and cost-effective, utilizing various methodologies.

- Lead and oversee the entire acquisition process for major projects, employing multiple procurement methods, including competitive bidding, requests for quotation, requests for proposal, and negotiated procurement to guarantee timely and accurate contract completion.
- Develop, draft, and review detailed procurement documentation, ensuring technical clarity, compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations, and alignment with organizational policies.
- Conduct thorough research and strategic evaluations of suppliers and contractors based on price, quality, reliability, service, performance history, and technical capability to inform procurement decisions.
- Establish and uphold standard operating procedures for procurement activities, incorporating best practices and lessons learned from significant project experiences.
- Monitor and report on requisitions, contracts, and orders across multiple projects, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and project timelines.
- Assess and manage contract performance against key indicators and proactively address conflicts and discrepancies.
- Process and validate invoices and payment requests, ensuring accuracy in line with contract terms and project budgets.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready records of all procurement activities and vendor performance data.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and suppliers regarding order status and changes.
- Lead initiatives to develop and implement procurement best practices and process improvements.
