About the Role
The Strategic Project Manager will play a crucial role in two primary areas:
- Strategy – Leading impactful growth initiatives from conception to execution while measuring results.
- Retail Partnerships – Enhancing the effectiveness and success of retail collaborations.
This position is suited for someone who excels in dynamic environments, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and seeks comprehensive exposure to all facets of a burgeoning business.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and implement cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to completion.
- Enhance and streamline customer retention strategies.
- Conduct thorough competitive and market research.
- Initiate and lead customer feedback surveys and insights analysis.
- Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and business cases using Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau.
- Generate reports and performance evaluations across essential business metrics.
- Manage sales operations processes, including partner outreach and creation of sales materials.
- Support existing retail accounts and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams across various functions.
- Propose improvements for processes, performance, and growth strategies.
