Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Define the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicate results to stakeholders and management.
Assist in business analysis aspects, from requirements gathering to post-project benefits review.
Implement new processes and align all functional finance teams to these processes.
Assist in Vendor Oversight: Execute and manage RFP processes across Fund Finance.
Monitor emerging issues to identify gaps and hold internal stakeholders accountable for advancing company initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives and senior leaders throughout the organization, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
Initiate, measure, implement, and regulate the outsourcing process to leverage both onshore and offshore service providers effectively.
Understand the technical framework of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with finance teams to define and enhance platform functionality.
Proactively identify and communicate project-related issues and risks.
Facilitate cross-organizational communication and coordinate integration meetings among key project personnel to ensure a robust framework for issue resolution and risk mitigation.

The iCapital Fund Finance - Strategic Transformation and Solutions Teams work collaboratively across various platforms to enhance automation, ensure global consistency, achieve operational excellence, and promote growth. A key focus of this role involves managing relationships with service providers for the company’s largest Asset and Wealth Management clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with business units, product managers, and engineering teams to define and manage technology requirements while streamlining processes, ensuring that the platform adapts to meet Finance priorities. This position requires exceptional project management skills, a thorough understanding of finance functions, and the capability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines. The individual will be tasked with developing and executing our strategy for establishing strategic partnerships that broaden access to and further integrate iCapital into the Wealth Management ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver capable of designing and implementing innovative solutions while simplifying complex issues for stakeholders.
