About the Team and Position
As a Strategy Analyst on one of our dynamic teams, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to influence the future of car buying. Our teams utilize advanced analytics and strategic insights to enhance our customer experience. Your responsibilities may include optimizing our marketing budget allocation, identifying trends to bolster our fraud detection capabilities, determining competitive bidding strategies for vehicle auctions, or evaluating the effects of product enhancements on our website and mobile app.
You will work with extensive datasets from various sources, converting them into actionable strategies that propel our business forward. Whether it's optimizing operations, improving customer interactions, or exploring new market avenues, you will apply your analytical expertise to inform business decisions and will have the autonomy to share your findings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translating data into clear, actionable narratives; regularly collaborating with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to present results and strategic recommendations.
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, Strategic Partnerships, and Operations teams to assess performance and identify key opportunities for improvement.
- Analyzing and segmenting data to uncover fundamental drivers and designing models, dashboards, and visualizations to support Product teams.
