Job Overview
As a student assistant in our Learning & Development department, you will take on various supportive tasks, including:
- Assisting with training administration, including participant management and attendance tracking;
- Helping to prepare training sessions and events to ensure everything is meticulously organized;
- Processing and analyzing evaluations of learning programs;
- Providing additional support to the L&D team as needed.
You will collaborate closely with our L&D team and contribute to the seamless execution of our learning initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting and gain invaluable work experience within a prestigious organization.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a higher education degree (HBO or university) in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess the following qualities:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn;
- Proactive and solution-oriented;
- Detail-oriented and organized;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Available for 16 hours per week.
