What Will You Do?
You will collaborate with your colleagues on Saturdays and/or Sundays to ensure a pleasant and predictable day for six clients at Boog 9 in Woudenberg. They rely on your guidance in their daily activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal care (ADL support)
- Brainstorming and executing enjoyable and achievable activities at home with the team
- Supporting colleagues in providing structure, even during crisis situations or behavioral challenges
Where Will You Work?
Boog 9a at De Heygraeff in Woudenberg is home to six clients aged 19 to 41. These individuals face severe intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, exhibiting behaviors that necessitate (very) intensive support and treatment. A predictable and structured daily routine is vital for these clients. The diverse needs of the clients mean you can adapt your support to various care requests. This residence employs the Triple-C methodology.
