Key responsibilities include managing client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication, ensuring all interactions align with the high standards of service expected at JETSET Pilates. Studio Leads are tasked with accurately processing sales transactions, maintaining a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area, and assisting instructors with opening and closing duties. Staying informed about our policies and pricing is crucial for providing accurate information to both current and prospective clients.
Flexibility is important as Studio Leads may be assigned additional duties and will be required to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
