Join the vibrant team at JETSET Pilates as a Studio Lead at our Sunset Harbour location. As a crucial member of our studio, you will engage with clients and support our instructors to ensure an exceptional experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, whether interacting in person, responding to emails, or answering phone inquiries. Building strong relationships with clients and staff is vital to fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
In this role, you will handle phone inquiries, address questions, manage email correspondence, and process sales while adhering to JETSET Pilates' Standards of Service. Your duties will include accurately executing retail transactions, keeping the front desk and lobby organized and clean, assisting instructors with opening and closing tasks, and staying informed about our policies and pricing to provide accurate information to both current and prospective clients.
Studio Leads may also be assigned additional tasks as needed and should be flexible to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
