- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with instructors and the local community, celebrating team successes and expressing gratitude.
Business Management:
- Formulate comprehensive business strategies that align with ridership and retail objectives.
- Oversee studio financial performance, including profit and loss statements.
- Explore and implement opportunities for corporate partnerships and community engagement.
- Ensure all company initiatives are effectively executed in your studio.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to create and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining riders.
Team Development:
