As the Studio Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our studio, ensuring that our patients receive unparalleled care while your team feels motivated, supported, and inspired. With a focus on operational efficiency, financial performance, and a positive workplace culture, you’ll manage a team of 10-20+ staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Daily Operations: Ensure the studio functions smoothly in terms of staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and patient flow.
- Enhance Patient Experience: Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to meet or exceed NPS and revenue targets while addressing patient concerns with empathy.
- Drive Team Performance: Track key performance indicators, provide real-time coaching, and adjust strategies to achieve studio goals.
- Develop Your Team: Lead onboarding, training, and regular evaluations to foster alignment, accountability, and professional growth among your staff.
- Cultivate Studio Culture: Embody Tend’s values and promote a work environment characterized by respect, inclusivity, and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with People, Clinical, and Operations teams to recruit, retain, and empower a high-performing studio staff.
- Ensure Compliance & Quality: Conduct routine walk-throughs to uphold a safe, compliant, and inviting studio atmosphere.
- Optimize Scheduling: Manage staff schedules to balance patient accessibility with operational efficiency and performance objectives.
